We would love for every customer to be completely in love with their purchases made at Mazúr Boutique, but we understand not everything works out! Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery and are eligible for online store credit or an immediate in-store exchange. Gift returns may be issued store credit only
We do not offer refunds to card

Please note that all items purchased with a discount or during any promotional sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
TO INITIATE A RETURN:
1. Email us at info@mazurboutique.com
2. Let us know the order # you would like to request a return for.
3. Tell us the item(s) you wish to return.
4. Submit your request. Once your return request has been approved, please mail your item(s), with invoice or receipt, to the address below:

5. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will notify you via email and issue a digital gift card that can be used in-store or online. Please allow up to 8 days from the time you mail your order for the credit to be processed.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and emailing us the tracking number for faster processing. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
