Marshmallow Zoo Puppy features super soft frosted silvery-tan fabric, a soft fabric nose, and plastic eyes. Kids love to hold and snuggle up to Marshmallow Zoo soft toys. Made of the softest fabric we’ve ever used, each one measures approximately 13-inches tall from head to bottom of feet and approximately 8-inches when sitting. A consumer favorite for years, they have weighted bums and feet and slouchy bodies and are fun to carry and curl up with. Kid-friendly design, soft fabric, and huggability make for great gifts.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free on purchases over $85

Online orders will be processed 1-2 days from date purchased and delivered by 3-5 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Ship times may be delayed during online sales/promotions. 

You will receive an email with order confirmation and another email when your order has been shipped. Tracking information will be included in the shipment email

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages by the U.S. Postal Service or UPS.

Please contact your local UPS/USPS for information regarding your package.

Currently, we only ship in the U.S. 

Returns & Exchanges

We would love for every customer to be completely in love with their purchases made at  Mazúr Boutique, but we understand not everything works out! Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery and are eligible for online store credit or an immediate in-store exchange. Gift returns may be issued store credit only

We do not offer refunds to card

Mazúr Boutique is happy to accept exchanges or online store credit on items that are in their original condition — unworn, unused, unaltered, and unwashed, with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet these requirements. Approved returns will be issued online or in-store store credit.

TO INITIATE A RETURN:

2. Let us know the order # you would like to request a return for.

3. Tell us the item(s) you wish to return.

4. Submit your request. Once your return request has been approved, please mail your item(s), with invoice or receipt, to the address below:

5. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will notify you via email and issue a digital gift card that can be used in-store or online. Please allow up to 8 days from the time you mail your order for the credit to be processed.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and emailing us the tracking number for faster processing. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
