Returns & Exchanges

We would love for every customer to be completely in love with their purchases made at  Mazúr Boutique, but we understand not everything works out! Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery and are eligible for an exchange, store credit, or a refund to card

Mazúr Boutique is happy to accept exchanges or online store credit on items that are in their original condition — unworn, unused, unaltered, and unwashed, with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet these requirements. Approved returns will be issued as an exchange, store credit, or a refund to the original payment.

TO INITIATE A RETURN:

2. Let us know the order # you would like to request a return for.

3. Tell us the item(s) you wish to return and if you would prefer an exchange, store credit, or refund to original payment

4. Submit your request. Once your return request has been approved, please mail your item(s), with invoice or receipt, to the address below:

5. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will notify you via email and issue your refund. Please allow up to 8 days from the time you mail your order for the credit to be processed.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and emailing us the tracking number for faster processing. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
